Terms of use

1. Upon completion of registration, Mewa makes it possible for the customer to use the online services provided on the Mewa Customer Portal. The Customer Portal may be changed, adjusted, expanded, limited, or discontinued by Mewa at any time. Mewa accepts no liability with regard to the accessibility, security, and storage of uploaded files.

2. The customer receives access and user data and must ensure that only employees who are duly entitled and authorised to view data and make legally binding changes, place orders, and make storage adjustments in relation to Mewa are granted access to this access and user data.

3. The customer is liable for any instance of use or other activities performed while logged in using his/her access and user data.
